Alberto González Amador, partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso, president of the Community of Madrid, put up for sale the home in the Vallehermoso neighborhood where they both reside. The listing presents it as: “A 211 m² apartment completely renovated with very high-quality materials.” This is acknowledged by sources from the regional Government.

The listing, available on the websites of the real estate agency Gilmar and Idealista, was published on July 16, at 19:34, according to GRAN MADRID’s verification based on the metadata from both real estate portals. Two weeks later, news broke that the Community of Madrid had purchased for Díaz Ayuso the penthouse located at number 35 General Martínez Campos street.
The timing coincidence between both real estate transactions has sparked a crisis in Isabel Díaz Ayuso’s Government after El Plural revealed the facts. Although neither of the two listings mentions Díaz Ayuso or González Amador, the images from the virtual tour show several details indicating that both currently reside in the property.
In one of the two main bedrooms, a photograph of Díaz Ayuso and González Amador, with their heads resting next to each other, can be seen. In the hallway leading to this room, there is a diploma from the Infante de Orleans Association — dedicated to the conservation and exhibition of historic airplanes — in the name of Alberto González Amador, alongside three others belonging to different family members. In one of the three bathrooms, there is also a towel embroidered with the name “Isabel”.
Sources from the Community of Madrid confirm to GRAN MADRID both the transaction and the authenticity of the listings. In this regard, they point out that “the property exclusively belongs to Alberto González Amador,” although they acknowledge that “Ayuso lives in that house”.

The home has four bedrooms and a price of 8,483 euros per square meter. It is promoted as a space whose quality is reflected “in every corner with luxury finishes and contemporary design.” The building also has a doorman, private security, and “personalized attention for tenants.”
The virtual tour also shows several paintings by the artist Jaime Monge, whose works have been acquired by millionaires such as Jeff Bezos and his wife, Lauren Sánchez. Some originals have been auctioned for up to 70,000 euros.
The sale of the property takes place almost five years after González Amador acquired it for 850,000 euros, nearly 400,000 euros below the market price. If sold at the announced price, he would obtain a gross profit of about 940,000 euros, equivalent to 110.59% of the purchase price.
